Offline (Timed Out) error Tracker.prq.to

I'm trying to seed a torrent via Pirate bay, but I keep getting an Offline (Timed Out) error in uTorrent. Any ideas why that may be?

the actual tracker the torrent file is directed to must be down.

tracker.prq.to is almost never reachable. DHT saves the day here.

some trackers seem to ignore some clients, but yeah, DHT ftw.
