changing mouse click options

Ive done this once before but i cant seem to find where to change the option. I am trying to change my laptops mouse function so that you only have to click once to execute programs or icons.

I cant seem to find it in the mouse configuration in control panel,does anyone know where it is??   

nevermind it was under folder options lol
