Ok well when ever I use IE I don't get any spyware cookies because spybot blocks it passively. However when I used Firefox I get a lot. So what, if any, programs will passively help with firefox?

Don't you use Password Manager and/or a text file with your passwords and/or the same password for all but the most personal sites? You really shouldn't depend on cookies, they were not made for this, and now you know why. Besides, some of them would eventually expire anyways.
