Problem with 'puter

Hi, I have a $1000 Dell with a Pentium 4 processor, lots of Megahertz, 512 MB RAM and integrated ATI graphics. I'm running Windows XP Home, using Internet Explorer with some nifty toolbars to browse the web, as well as Outlook Express to forward email with PowerPoint presentations so nothing bad happens to me in 24 hours. For some reason, I installed game, and it runs very slowly. Any tips on what to install to optimize my system into 60 fps as I hear other gams play by?

Third, Get an AGP/PCI/PCI-E graphics card. ATI or nVidia.
