110W is very low. You won't be able to run a P4, graphics card, hard drive etc off that. You really want 400W at a minimum.

I don't know how much do P4s eat, but I'm running an Athlon 64 3500+ with 1 GB RAM, a GeForce 6800GT, an extra ethernet card, a TV card, two modern large hard drives, two optical drives and an FDD (lol) just fine with my 350W supply.
