56k connection...

I was thinking of optimizing my connection in the hopes that the reliability and speed might raise slightly.  Even getting 8kps out of it would let me play a few MMOs in peace.(Currently get 5)

Is there a good optimization guide out there?  I found a recent guide a while ago, but I reformatted and lost both the settings and the bookmark.

You'll never get 8KB/s out of a 56k. Don't bother trying.
