Yeah, so I can't seem to finish the transfer of any .torrent files from torrentspy, thepiratebay and isohunt. Other places like mininova and random/game anime trackers work sporadically.
If I remote desktop to a machine not on the campus the .torrent files always transfer normally. I've asked around and tried multiple PC's. Some other people are having the same issues. Is there something I can do to fix this?
