Leaving winamp, needs foobar2k help

Since Winamp refuses to support Unicode, and 5.2 Media Library refuses to even see Unicode files I want to switch to foobar2000 and its full Unicode support gooey warmth.

I was wondering if foobar can (natively or via plugin):
A) Play video. I like the all in one library/media player like Winamp.

B) Play/browse Shoutcast TV streams. I don't have a TV so I use Shoutcast TV extensively.

C) Support PlaysForSure devices. I have an Archos AV500 and I like the rating+autofill feature in Winamp.

A) no and never
B) no and never
C) not sure, but do PlaysForSure devices support regular drag and drop?  If so, then yes

I don't know about C, I know that I can switch the device between PlaysForSure device mode and simple Mass Storage Class USB harddrive. The should be good enough.

Without A) and B) I'm pretty SOL. I'm too used to using one player for everything. (I use VLC also, sometimes.) I guess I just have to wait until they finally put Unicode support in Winamp. It's supposed to come in the next few releases, but I'm skeptical.
