New Windows Shell

sup guys.
I'm sick of Windows Explorer, so I'm thinking of installing a different shell. what are your suggestions?

p.s I swear to god, if any one of you linux faggots suggests I install ANY linux distro, I'm going to hunt you down and kill you. I DON'T WANT LINUX.
