Dell laptop keyboard

anyone know common problems with dell keyboards/how to fix them?
I have a latitude CSx from a while ago and the R key stopped working.  I would replace the keyboard, but i can't find one at a reasonable price.

nevermind.  i just took a precision screwdriver, jabbed it through the membrane, and now everything is hunky-dorey.
