Sound / Internet Problems

Well, one day as I was strolling along Torrentspy.com, I came across a Fraps crack that interested me so I downloaded it. Turns out, it was a damn virus so my Windows was messed up and you know the rest. My solution to this was to format my computer to get rid of the problem completely.

I've done that now and now the computer doesn't even recognize the sound card that I have installed. In addition, I can't find a way for the computer to find or recognize the LAN connection that I have connected to it. Can anyone help me out here? If it helps, my computer is a Dell 8300 series running on Microsoft Windows XP Professional. The sound card that I have is a Sound Blaster Live!. The router that I use is a D-Link Dl-604.

I've tried using the Add Hardware option in Control Panel -> Add Hardware but I can't download the software for it if the computer never came with an installation CD for it or I can't connect to the internet.

Long story short, I can't go online and my computer can't run sounds (asides from the computer sounds like the beeps). Can anyone help me out here?
