How would I fix a broken MicroDrive?

It got pulled out by accident when it was formatting, and it stopped at 4%. Now it doesn't work. Any help? Thanks.

Also, I downloaded a Red Alert 2 Torrent, it has all the files in it.. but.. I can't figure out how to work it.

Can somebody help me with that as well, and yes, I did try the executable.

I don't know what a microdrive is exactly. If it's just a small harddrive than your can reformat it again. If when it got pulled it was damaged phyiscally then you're probably fucked. Some other users might know some more advanced means of recovering a physically damaged drive.
