Bandwith HTML Statistics

I recently made a small home server for downloads and some small storage. Unfortunatly all isps in my Country (this includes mine) make contracts with stupid download and upload limits. i have been configuring it in a normal winxp box and maybe migrating to a linux box in a future near. my question is  is there any program that generates and html page with the network/internet trafic?

i m using a local meature atm called DU Meter.
