my 4th drive is causing xp to stop booting. it goes past the 'loading bars', and hangs for about 6 hours, when it finaly shows the mouse arrow, which can move buy very very slowly. plugging the drive (hot swapable) in when xp is up causes 70-100% cpu, and no porgrams will load.
i can see the drive in knoppix linux disk, and access all the data. i formated my other woking sata drive to fat32 to transfer the files. only a few smaller files will go, sometimes it just warns 'stalling' or hangs up compleatly.
i can see the drive fine in bios, and after i hot swap, i see it in new harware, but no my computer or disk management (which both freeze).
what do you recomend guys? thanks alot.
