burning japanse symbols

I got some files with japanse symbols in the names, and everytime i try to burn them in nero, nero changes the names in something unreadable.
How can i configure nero so that the names stay as they were on the harddisk. And if nero can't do it, is there any other burning program that can?

You seem to be under the impression that the Japanese actually want to communicate with you. I don't think they care if some foreign devils who pirate stuff off Share can't read what they write.
