burning japanse symbols

I got some files with japanse symbols in the names, and everytime i try to burn them in nero, nero changes the names in something unreadable.
How can i configure nero so that the names stay as they were on the harddisk. And if nero can't do it, is there any other burning program that can?

8 bit locales, LOL :(
Tell developers and corporations to kill ISO-8859-cock, Shit_JIS, etc., and use Unicode exclusively. Nothing like this would happen if everybody used the Right character set.
