burning japanse symbols

I got some files with japanse symbols in the names, and everytime i try to burn them in nero, nero changes the names in something unreadable.
How can i configure nero so that the names stay as they were on the harddisk. And if nero can't do it, is there any other burning program that can?

After changing my system settings to Japanese (for playing teh H-games), I reinstalled Nero cuz it got fudged after doing that.  Moon language appears, and I think you get a prompt about what language you want to install in.  Setup will be in moon-language, but once you start up Nero, the menus and all are english. 
I know all about teh internet, but Im a dumass when it comes to the actual technology.  Under the ISO tab, I have it on ASCII.

Besides that, I dont know what else to say.  Im using Nero 6.3.0.2
