Massive .flac to .mp3 converter

I'm looking for a .flac to .mp3 converter that can do mass batches.
Like I can select a folder and it will re-create everything in that folder, but converting the .flac files to .mp3, instead of having to do it one by one.

Anyone know of such a program?

lame is an mp3 encoder

If you tell bash:

for FILE in *.flac; do flac -dcs "$FILE" | lame --preset insane - "$FILE.mp3"; done

then it will use flac and lame to convert all flac files in a directory to mp3 files.
