Right Click Menu Replacement

Is there something that can change the entries in my desktop's rightclick menu on Windows XP? It just needs to change the entries, not the look.
Not a full shell replacement, just a menu replacement, I guess...
Nothing from Stardock, preferably. That 'RightClick' program they have sucks.

I have no clue, and actually, I wish I could do that because some of my integreations are starting to piss me off.

Theres possibly a regedit you can do but im not certain.
