Grapics Cards

I am rebuilding a computer that died and I am looking for the best graphics card that is 0 through $200.
I have been looking at some, but I don't know how to tell if they are good.
I am going to be playing some very graphically intensive games such as Doom III, Half Life 2 and Battlefield 2, and more.
