I recently bought Ashton Digital's WRUB-2011i AirDash wireless USB stick which is supposed to provide "peer-to-peer wireless networking" and the ability to share the internet connection.
ok so I plug it in, install the software - everything is looking fine. The signal is broadcast (as peer to peer not as an access point) my laptop recognizes it and I click "connect" after a moment I see that the signal strength is excellent and everything looks good to go. I click on mozilla (IE too)....and its as if the internet doesnt exist.
how do I / can I access the internet via peer to peer. thanks in advance.
