Budget upgrade

I have £300 ($500) with which I plan to upgrade my system, and so far have decided on the following:

Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe
AMD Athlon 64Bit 3200
PNY Verto Geforce 6600GT

Any comments/suggestions of better parts?

I know that the 6600GT is the best bang per buck card right now, and the processor is pretty good. Though i have no idea about the mobo, i'd say go and buy them all.
