Help its be'in a bitch

I started Battle field 1942 and the screen got all wavy like water WTF, I thought it was nothing and let it load to the start menu but it was still Wavy
when it got there (the edge's of the screen where all wavy and wouldnt stay strait) I looked at the video settings and they were where they should have been i have all the settings maxed out I've never had a slow down in the game with these settings, I quit the game and found this small window...

What does this mean? cause this is what poppedup when it happened

Your diagram is kinda stupid considering you could have just told us the message. Anyway, restart your computer and if the problem doesnt recur then don't worry. Computers are very complicated and occasionaly they do something they are not supposed to do.

yeah I tried restarting it and it still does it. It only does it in the game tho :( I'm trying to find the drivers to my video card right now maby that will fix it

OMFG WTF I uninstalled the drivers for the video card witch is a
ATI radeon 9550 256MBram and reinstalled them and now its worse its now doing it all the time now it doesnt matter if I'm in a game or not WTF, please help,the fucking screen wont stop shakeing
its giving me a headach FUCK. and for some fucking reason the computer is running slow now WTF.?!

STFU and do this:
- download drivers from omegadrivers.net
- uninstall old drivers
- install omega drivers
- restart computer

If your computer is still fucked you probably have:
- a broken video card from overclocking or just plain burnt out
- some other hardware problem
- a virus/spyware/etc...

^ if this is you, check google for fixes. Nobody can help you here because you come in running like a flaming noob.

I figured it out, its the video card its not over clocked at all totally stock, the fan on it broke and I didnt notice so it over heated, I was planing on building a new comp anyway oh well this one's dated.
