This happened randomly(and it did a year before), just hours ago I have problems uploading through any kind of available way(may it be http attachments, uploads, ftp... even seeding torrents). I tried looking for resolutions but to no avail, even microsoft kb isnt helping.
Heres the closest topic I was able to find in the m$ KB, although I'm not having slow uploads, it just... stops to 0 KB/s (from 10 or whatever).

I am on Windows XP SP2, this isnt a firewall issue. I have turned it off but still it doesnt work, and definitely not my modem/router (even switched from bridge to routing, vise versa).
Trojans, worms.. I doubt it, I am always on the look for suspicious processes running.
I googled around for 2 hours, i found similar problems posted by many users, but the replies arent of help at all.
