Your best chance is probably to get ahold of the Japanese font sets from Windows (dig around through the installation disc, you may need to decompress some CAB archives and use the deflate algorithm) and dump them into a directory which WINE can read them such as /usr/X11/lib/X11/fonts/truetype. Most bishōjo games don't rely on system-wide fonts or language packs, not really my level of expertise.

You *COULD* however install Windows using qemu or VMWare.
That's better than rebooting...
