mp3 tagging software that can handle japanese

hi, is there any mp3 tagging software that can handle japanese tags?
i'm using a japanese win xp, but software such as tag&rename wont even display files with japanese filenames.
i dont want to use itunes, because it fucked up the encoding of some of my mp3s on my ipod.

disregard that, my tag&rename was ancient and new one works fine.
