lock workstation tool?

I really like the "lock workstation" feature XP pro has, I use it at college to protect my stuff from assholes. Is there a way to activate this feature on XP home, or is there a program that does the same thing?

(And no, using a screensaver and the "ask for password" thing isn't an option)

I'm not familiar with this 'lock', and thus don't know its expected behaviour, but a quick Google reveals this:

rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation

...Which on my XP Home install does exactly the same as Win+L?
