If you're going to spend the time to say that google has many solutions, would it kill you to also suggest one? i.e., "Google has many solutions, such as Alcohol 120%."

Mount the image using Alcohol or DaemonTools, then proceed to use whatever program you want in creating a CD image of it in the format you want.
