Laptop upgrading

I have a Toshiba R15-S822 Tablet PC, and has an Intel Extreme Graphics 2 on it- Until recently, I've worked entirely with desktop PCs- so I do not even know if I can upgrade the graphics card on a laptop. Could I get some feedback on if, how, and what with I can upgrade the laptop with?

If all specs are needed, you can ask and I'll try to find them online since my model is just stock.

I've seen some Dells with upgradable graphics cards.  It is rare, but it does happen occasionally. 

Also, in addition to #2's list, having a MiniPCI slot is also quite common.  This usually allows upgrading your wireless/LAN without using a PCMCIA card.
