How do I fix computer?

srsly, I somehow messed up the rocker switches. It's running dual 333 pentium II MMX, and I can't seem to get the speed back up. I tried putting the switches to the original position, (i.e., when I started) and it just won't seem to go back up. help me /comp/? (oh and plz don't tell me to stfu.)

Its a pc that should have died years ago. Come on, a computer of those specs can be picked up for less than $100 easily!
