Your processor and graphics card are fine if you use them to work. You should definitely get more RAM; add 512 MB to the 256 MB you have if you can. A newer HD won't do much outside moving the swap file, but you should get it anyways for the space.

Exactly what do you mean by "search an image on PC"? What do you do to search it? Describe everything you do and I may know why it's taking long and how to fix it.

BTW, be sure you're clean of malware (Spybot, Ad-aware), viruses (AVG) and Internet Explorer (always use Firefox and ditch MSIE).

Oh, thanks for your support.
Let me try explain what exactly happens with my PC, sorry my crap english.

The system is virus free atm, I'm using House Call, Microsoft Anti-Spyware and Firefox 1.5...

The problems, look appears everytime I need seek anything in my HD, like, when you will post an image, that window with yours folders, etc, open. When I click to my Desktop per example, the PC freeze for more or less 1 ~ 2 minutes, after it he excute the operation.

When I open my Ragnarok Online, he take several minutes to start the game (before it happen in same moment)...

Some of my MP3, are corrupted.

When I Switch the Photoshop with MSN, the PC freeze again, for more or less 1 minute, so he back to work normally.

It's strange, it started more or less 2 months ago, after a blackout, cause it I guess is some problem with the HD.

Other example is when I open the windows explorer, to swith in folders PC freeze again, but he dun freeze ALL PC, he just freeze the windows explorer, per example when I try open my Image Folder (it not full atm, just have 5 images there with 50kb each image).

If after I open the image folder, I try go to music folder, again, he freeze the windows explorer, after several minutes he open the folder normally.

Like now, I'm writing this, and trying open the music folder, the Fire Fox window work normally, but in my system tray I can see the windows explorer freeze. If I try Alt Tab, he just show me a white screen.

When I try save anything, he freeze too. He save, but, freeze before complete the operation.

Recently my Windows Midia Player stoped to work too.
I fell like my system breakn step by step. ><

Well, is it, I don't know if you will understood, what happen exactly, but any help will be welcome. ^^v

Thank you very much...
See ya...

You are faced with a performance problem that can come from the software or the hardware. Just choosing to replace two pieces of hardware at random won't do much good.
If you can do it, you should try to set up a second partition and install Windows on it, and as little software as you can. See if the performance get better. If it does, problem solved for free.

Use memtest86 to test your RAM. The best way to get it is from a Linux livecd. Knoppix provides it, type "memtest" at boot.

Use software to verify the integrity of your HDD. Not sure which one is best on Windows, I think the ones provided with Windows may be enough.

Try to defragment, especially if you're on FAT32.

Or just do the smart thing and buy this: http://www.apple.com/macmini/

sorry my crap english.

Let me guess, French? We're the only ones who feel the need to excuse ourselves all the fucking time because of how badly we butcher the English language ;)
You should definitely use "it" instead of "he" to talk about your computer, "he" is only for persons, and it sounds quite creepy to refer to a computer as a person.
