A good trool is believable, defends one well-defined position, is well-researched, infuriating to read, and compels you to reply.

This site takes as much stupid positions as possible, makes a lot of stupid jokes, etc. It is only funny to those who wrote it. An high-quality troll should be entertaining for the audience too.

Read the comments though, some people took it seriously and got royally pissed off at it, posted comments
