So about fans...

Could anyone recommend a good, quiet, and economic cooling fan?

Hmm, well I'm a bit new to cooling, so i'm gonna explain a bit better what i have going here... I have 3 fans, 2 in the back and one on the side. The one on the back-top is always on, and so is the one on the side -- I'm assuming the one on the side is for general cooling and the back-top is the CPU fan. So I'm guessing the back-bottom one is the graphics card fan? It really never turns on, though... not quite sure if thats a bad thing or a good thing =S

The whole Vcool thing sounds like it may be helpful, but I'll have to look into a bit more.

Also, does anyone have any experience on dampening kits, filters, etc?
