I have an old computer with no good use, so Im looking into turning it into a router since my linksys met its end a couple weeks ago.  I am looking for just a router..NAT with DHCP and port forwarding..stuff like that. I heard that linux has the most functionality when it comes to this stuff? Im also wondering about a NOS(windows 2000 server), do they act as a router?
