Radeon 700 vs. Geforce FX 5200

Okay, so I want to go dual monitor, but my current graphics card (Geforce) doesn't have a port for another monitor. I do, however have another card (Radeon) that has an s-video port. So heres my question: Could I use, say, a TV as another monitor with my Radeon? Is it even worth the switch?

Yes, you can use a TV just like a second monitor.  Don't expect to read any font under 16 point, though.  Good for video though, as NTSC can iron out most artifacts.
