Files sorted Z-A

Somehow all of my files are ordered from Z-A in Save As or Open dialog boxes. It's really weird and annoying because it also puts all my folders at the very end. Changing it back to the correct way (Sort by Name) only lasts until I close the dialog box.

How did my settings get fucked up? More importantly, how do I set them back?

Tools > Folder Options > View tab, click "Apply to all folders" button.
