Tv-out jitteriness

Seems like vertical pans are ok, but horizontal ones get jittery. I'm using mplayer vo x11 with 2 screens in one session(linux, xfree) one a CRT and the other an emerson 27" flatscreen on a geforce4 mx 4000. The TV is running at 60hz, which seems to be the recommended setting, but its still not good for me. Anything im missing?

CHECK THE INSULATION ON THE TVOUT CABLE

ALSO DISCONNECT ANY OTHER SIGNALS CONNECTED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR TV, NOISY CABLETV LINES CAN BE THE CAUSE
