Currently a spammer who can post 150 images in few minutes and now text spam is plaguing most of the active images boards, so I want to try and make this place the temporary home for talking about ponys.

It's not impossible, it's just a matter of how long he's willing to keep doing it. He can keep buying private proxies until the end of time, the limiting factor is how long it takes him to get bored.
