Who is a good female character?

it can be from comics, cartoons, manga, anime, games, etc.  Who do you consider a good character, and for what reasons? (multi-dimensional personality, realism, attitude, emotions, mad skills, etc)

Harley Quinn...If you ever get a chance to pick up the comic series (&?& sadly ended.)  You get to see that underneath her insane antics she really wants to help people.
