Who is a good female character?

it can be from comics, cartoons, manga, anime, games, etc.  Who do you consider a good character, and for what reasons? (multi-dimensional personality, realism, attitude, emotions, mad skills, etc)

This proves it, there are too many people that have no life. I am willing to bet that not a single one of you are any younger than 40. Shame...
