Who is a good female character?

it can be from comics, cartoons, manga, anime, games, etc.  Who do you consider a good character, and for what reasons? (multi-dimensional personality, realism, attitude, emotions, mad skills, etc)

INMO there's no thing like that in American Comics multi-dimensional personality, realism, attitude, emotions, mad skills, etc). But I'm being superficial.

Good female characters to me are: Clara by Bernet (a prostitute looking like Betty Paige, enough said) and any girl by Azpiri.
