So after many recommendations to read the Black Company novels, on grounds of them being very similar to the Myth-Fallen Lords universe/storytelling/atmosphere, I gave in and bought the whole series.
Great price on the omnibus collections BTW.
The series themselves however... No, that came off wrong. The Black Company book, the first one, was everything I asked for. Zooming out, the series of the first 3 books (include silver spike as well) was great too.
The rest of them however... dude, glen.. just put the pen down, god damn.
