I just finished a book called "the book thief", by Markus Zuzak. It's a WWII era story, about a young german girl, told from the perspective of death.
I found it to be a great read, rather eye opening, in a way

read it. It was okay. didn't think it was anything special.
I thought the Death thing was gonna be cool, but it turned out to be little more than a gimmick used once or twice.
Last book I read was Tuck Everlasting, by Natalie Babbit. Its treatment of immortality wasn't that interesting, but I slogged through until the predictable end. ;)
