WHERE IS YOUR GOD NOW??? err i mean, what are some of your favorite audiobooks. (ie, sometimes I'd rather listen if there a good reader than actually read)

This is relevant to my interests. Seems hard to find some good audiobooks, they always make me go to sleep.

I'm yet to come across an audiobook that doesn't bore me to sleep. Everything sounds better in my head I guess.

Ive listened to some self help ones that were OK, but I don't think you'd be interested in them.

I fell asleep listening to Dune on audiobook and my dreams were far far more exciting.

I know /book/ hates Oscar Wilde, but there was a pretty decent audiobook of The Picture of Dorian Grey I heard a while back. Still put me to sleep though, just listening to it. I need to follow along in the book in order to not let my mind wander, no matter how good the reader is.

yeah, everyone knows that /book/ is 'wilde' about him

Ahaha, really? I thought /book/ at least hated The Picture of Dorian Gray because of all the psuedo-intellectual hipsters surrounding it.

Um. You could say this about pretty much any goddamn book that's accepted as a classic.

The Picture of Dorian Gray especially, though.
