Trying to find a short story.

I'm trying to find a short story I once read.

It had something to do with a kid who could give people cancer just by looking at them, sometimes severe enough to kill them on the spot.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Okay, so I found it, but the formatting was fucked up. Cleaned it up a bit, here ya go, if anyone gives half a shit. I probably won't have time to read it until this weekend, though.
