What does /book/ think of stories that start of with 'Hi my name is ____ and I'm about to tell you guys all the fuck about my life'
As opposed to, say, In Cold Blood, which drops you in the middle of the action.

Anything is good as long as it shows me something your audience might like and makes it interested in how things are going to end.

Same as,
