What's the name of this book???

Its about this girl who ends up crying in a church somewhere in Europe and a guy from the past comes to help her.  They have sex and he goes back to his time.  She then goes to his time before he knew about her and saved his brother's life.  Once again they have sex and she goes back to our time.  She gets on a plane and runs into him reincarnated in our time on the plane.  Anyone have any idea what the name of the book is?
