Non-gay Books

Can you recommend books that are not FANTASY or SCI-FI.  By that I mean nothing about Starcraft, Warcraft, Narnia, Harry Potter, LOTR, Star Trek, etc.  Like those kind of books.  I'm glad I always hated FANTASY and SCI-FI.  Can you recommend less over the top books like 1984, war and peace.  You know what I mean.  More natural books.  Like imagine in war and peace some faggot wizard destroys Napoleon's Army.
