I just bought Factotum today. From what I've read so far, it's alright. It's Catcher in the Rye if it was written by Jack Kerouac, without the prose. It's like some guy who thinks he's a vagabond kept a journal. Is this what all of Bukowski's works are like, or is there an essential work that I'm missing here.
