I have read:
-The colour Magic
-The Light Fantastic
-Sourcery
-Troll Bridge
-Equal Rites

So what Discworld book should I read next?  Should I keep with the Rincewind novels, read the next in the Witches novels, or read something else?  I plan on reading all the books in time but I want to read them in the best order possible so help me out.

Read about Moist von Lipwig. I kind of liked him. The Fifth Elephant is good too.

You should just read them in publication order.

Guards Guards!
Men At Arms
Feet of Clay
Jingo
The Fifth Elephant
And my all time favorite, Night Watch
I think Thud! would be next.

I have a hueg boner for Vimes.

Thud! is brilliant. One of my favourites. (Features Vimes.)

Making Money is very funny. I laughed out loud a lot. (Features Moist von Lipwig, Vetinari).

Interesting Times is also very funny. "Wut?" (Features rincewind.)

Hm, odd that wrote those three down and discovered three different protagonists. Great stuff!

Reaper Man. The rest of Death series is not as good in my opinion, but then again every Death novel I've read had him as a minor character.
Also seconding the Watch books

Thirding the Watch books.

The Watch books are good, but my personal favorite is Going Postal. Do eet.

It's much better to just read them by publication because you don't get bored of any single character thread.

Night Watch is also my favourite of the series.

Oh, and the Tiffany Aching books are cute, if you get tired of reading anything that makes you think too much, or just feel like reading something that is certain to have a happy ending.

You never get to think much while reading Pratchett's books. They're just random collections of anectodes stuck in messy parodies anyway.

What are all these letters, there are pages and pages of them with no pictures. Oh I don't like that at all, I can't be bothered to read all that!

I'll just post something controversial and untrue on /book/ to express my rage at not having the attention span required to read anything larger than a post on a message board.

No, he's interesting and writes funny stories.

The Bromeliad Trilogy is the only good thing Pratchett's written.
